Venom and Tears

Gorgeous...my interpretation: she cries in bliss, knowing that the tears won't last, realizing that their effect is inevitable, but yearning to reclaim what she has lost. After a night bearing the sorrow born from treachery, the woman sits propped against the wall in her trendy down-town apartment, reminiscing- yet rewriting- the day's events. Is she stronger now? Will she once again experience this toxic regret that inspired these soot-black tears..? Or will the dawn of insight reach her before her misery overcomes her efforts to keep the peace...

I see a woman in dreaded contemplation; experiencing the inevitable, accepting what will never be.

A heart breaking, a heart reborn.
