You've made a simple pose look like so much is going on. I've tried painting Ironman in the past, and working out the lighting and shade of the metal is difficult enough, without the added effectiveness of your style my friend.
You have done a good job representing Iron Man, it speaks for Iron Man 3 coming out too. Tony looks gentler, the body position is quite inviting, especially with that light in his hand. It's almost like it's saying "Come look at the light with me."
If I looked hard enough, the only place where I suggest improvement may be in the right hand, it feels flat compared to the rest of the picture.
In the end, I love the splashes of colour, the lighting and shade contrast, the use of harmonious colours, and the overall inviting composition. Good job.
